Why It's Important
When a potentially dangerous situation arises, it is important that we can ensure all of our constituents are safe. The National Institute for Aging has conducted research that shows that "older adults are particularly vulnerable during weather and climate disasters".
What We Do
As your elected official, it is my job to ensure the safety and welfare of all my constituents. In the event of a weather or climate disaster, we will use our Senior Citizen Emergency Contact list to verify you are safe and your needs are being met.
